We had an amazing stay at Old Quarter Family Hotel in Hanoi. We stayed for a few days to explore the city. The highlight of our stay was Tom, who worked at reception. He was so helpful in arranging trips to Sapa and Halong Bay for us and even let us store our large luggage at the hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the old quarter area. Our room was spacious and clean, with a hot shower and a decent breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, tucked away in a charming alley amongst the vibrant streets, offering a true local experience. The hotel provided all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including clean and spacious rooms with a small balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. As for breakfast, it was delicious and served in a nearby coffee shop, adding to the overall experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - right in the heart of the old district, which was a vibrant and exciting area to explore. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I particularly loved having a small balcony to enjoy the fresh air. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel provided great value for money and attention to detail.

Great location, close to major attractions in the city and public transportation. the breakfast was really good and, best of all, the staff was helpful and friendly. the rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The noise from the street was unbearable and kept us up all night. We could hear people talking and cars passing by all the time.

Had a fabulous experience over New Year’s Eve. The two factors that definitely stood out were the cleanliness of the rooms and the prompt and helpful staff. The location was perfect, walking distance to many popular spots and easily accessible by public transport. Finally, the comfortable beds ensured a sound sleep.

Despite being in an alley which was sometimes hard to find, it was in a peaceful area. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. the breakfast had a nice variety of fresh fruit. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the hotel had a restaurant that serves authentic local dishes for lunch and dinner.

The shower occasionally had trouble keeping consistent water temperature.
